The WL-118 is a single point load cell manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy, designed for capacities ranging from 30kg to 500kg with a maximum platform size of 600×600mm. This single point load cell offers different cable lengths and other options, making it suitable for weighing and metering in food, packaging, industrial automation, intelligent warehousing, platform scales, and automatic checkweighing systems.

With a combined error of 0.018%F.S., non-linearity of 0.02%F.S., and repeatability of 0.018%F.S., this single point load cell delivers reliable accuracy for medium to high capacity applications. Its rated output is 2.0±0.05mV/V, zero balance is ±0.2%mV/V, and insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ/100VDC. Recommended excitation is 5~15 VDC, ensuring stable performance across diverse industrial environments.

The WL-118 single point load cell provides IP65 protection as standard, with customizable higher ratings available. It operates within -10°C to 50°C, and nominal displacement ranges from 0.6mm to 0.96mm depending on load. Standard cable is Φ5mm × 3000mm, with custom lengths available. Safe overload is 150%F.S., and the robust aluminum alloy construction ensures long-term durability.

Load Cell Packaging and Shipping

To ensure safe arrival at your location, the Single Point load cell will be carefully packaged and shipped. The packing process is as follows:

1. The Single Point load cell will be placed in a sturdy cardboard box to protect it from external damage during shipping.
2. The box will be filled with foam padding to provide additional cushioning and prevent the load cell from moving during shipping.
3. The 
Single Point load cell will be sealed in a plastic bag to protect it from moisture and other environmental factors.
4.  Additional layers of bubble wrap will be provided for additional protection.
5. The carton is securely taped to prevent tampering.
6.  A shipping label with your address and product information is attached to the box.
